We have been going to Los Tacos for about 20 years. Their salsa is legit amazing. It is freshly made in house.
Their carne asada burrito is out of this world. The carne asada meat in the burrito is super duper soft and delicious. I don't know how they do it, but it's salty and melts in your mouth. Yes, please.
And their Mexican rice is prob the best in town.
Get it take out & make your little cups of to go salsas and sour cream.
Def a true gem in LA/Weho. Thank you Los Tacos for always being there for us. -

Such great reviews but I'm sad to say that this didn't hit the spot for me. I absolutely love Mexican food and one of my favorite things to do is find new places to satisfy my cravings. Hole in the wall restaurants often do, but Los Tacos, unfortunately, did not.
The service was pretty slow for us being the 8th people in the restaurant. I ordered an adobada burrito and did not know that they specialize in wet burritos. Neither the server or the menu mentioned that so I had to specifically ask. When I received my burrito the sogginess of the adobada and sauces were dripping out so it made it impossible for me not to eat it with a fork and knife.
Overall, the food was just OK, nothing to write home about. -

We were looking for something cheap and fast while we were cruising by on the cicLAvia bicycle event. The Taco and Enchilada combo plate we ordered was pretty good standard food that came with beans and rice. The only drawback is that the one cook was a bit slow but you know its fresh and hasn't been sitting around.

Well you'd never know it by the location, but this place is pretty good. The guacamole is basically avocado flavored water lol let's be honest, needs work... but I do find myself craving a carne asada burrito (wet) from here every so often... and I go and get my fix. The homemade chips are usually real good too...

This place is exactly what it needs to be. Quick, affordable, filling, and delicious -- unsure what else you can expect. This place is nestled in a strip mall, and it's clean despite the age of the building. Food was so fast, no frills Mexican, straight up. I got the chicken tamale, which was sparse on the chicken but it was $3 dollars! My friend got 3 tacos, barbacoa. They were sauced perfectly, no additional salsa needed. We were in & out within 15 min, $13 lighter.
